• To facilitate the referral process and enhance recruitment efforts. Network data is only synced with your explicit consent or upon your direct action either through our extension or manual upload.

For Applicants to a Vacancy of a Partner Company:

• To match your profile with suitable job opportunities. We collect your public professional profile information, and application responses to assess your suitability for positions based on the legitimate interests of providing employment opportunities and optimizing our partners' recruitment process. This information is only shared with the relevant partner company when you are connected to an employee of the partner company and they have shared their personal network with Wintro of which you are part. You have the option to object to this processing.

For Website Visitors:

• Necessary cookies are used for basic website functions.
• Analytical cookies help us improve site usability based on user activity.
• Marketing cookies allow for tailored advertising experiences.

What lawful basis do we use?

For Employees and Recruiters:

• We rely on the legitimate interests of Wintro to process your data for facilitating referral rewards. You have the right to opt-out at any time, which you can do during the onboarding process.

For Applicants to a Vacancy of a Partner Company:

• The processing is based on the legitimate interests of both Wintro and the partner company in filling vacancies efficiently and effectively. You have the right to object to this processing.

For Website Visitors:

Where do we store your data?

All personal data is securely stored on cloud services managed by AWS and Azure, ensuring data is handled within legal and security standards.

How long will we keep your data?

• For Employees and Recruiters, data is retained until the end of your relationship with us plus an additional 90 days.
• For Applicants to a Vacancy of a Partner Company, your data is retained until the end of the recruitment process plus one year, unless you consent to a longer retention period for future opportunities.
• For Website Visitors, cookie data storage durations are:
  • Necessary cookies: 26 months
  • Analytical cookies: 24 months
  • Marketing cookies: 12 months
